Bikeride - sponsored by GLCS and Healing Spirit MCC.
Meet near the Silver Lake fire station. Bike rentals are available
nearby. Lunch planned at Roscoes (4th St. SE) afterward. This
event honors the memory of a longtime member of the Rochester
GLBTA community, and someone who loved to bike. |
"Walk and Talk" All members of the LGBTA
community are welcome to join us for our weekly summer stroll. We
gather every Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm at the GLCS office.
We walk from the office around Silver Lake and back to the office
in about 35 minutes. What a great way to get fresh air, exercise,
and some camradarie. We also enjoy looking at the scenery.
"Coffee at the Office" is a informal
social gathering held every Wednesday evening at the GLCS office.
Coffee at the Office begins at 7:00 p.m. and goes until about 8:30
p.m. Our Office is located at 1500 1st Ave NE, Suite 114. Everyone
is welcome!
Our "Monthly Meeting" is held on the
2nd Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend.
At these meetings we make decisions as a group, and plan activities
for the upcoming month. Monthly meetings are a great way to get
connected, stay informed, and get involved. These meetings are held
in the 2nd floor conference room in our office building.
