Every Wednesday 7:00 p.m.  Coffee at the Office An informal social gathering held every Wednesday evening at the GLCS office. Coffee at the Office begins at 7:00 p.m. and goes until about 8:30 p.m. Our Office is located at 1500 1st Ave NE. Everyone is welcome!
Every Thursday 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Weekly GLBTA Happy Hour at Rookies Bar and Grill. Come and join in the fun...and bring all your friends!!!
Every 2nd Tuesday 7:00 p.m.  GLCS Monthly Meeting -- in the 2nd floor conference room or GLCS office at the GLCS office building. Everyone is welcome to attend. At these meetings we make decisions as a group, and plan activities for the upcoming month. Monthly meetings are a great way to get connected, stay informed, and get involved. These meetings are held in the 2nd floor conference room in our office building.

August 28 (New Date!) 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.  GLCS Movie on the Barn at Olmsted History Center - George Stoppel Farm 1195 W Circle Dr SW Rochester, MN. The event starts at 6:30pm with food, games and music followed by the movie "The Bird Cage" at dusk. Admission FREE (no outside food or beverage allowed). Food will be available for purchase by Roscoe's Rootbeer and Ribs (vegetarian burgers available). Cash Bar and soda by Rookies. There will be registration and drawing for door prizes throughout the evening. Bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for watching the movie; the History Center does have a picnic shelter.

July 16th7:30 p.m. to MidnightMovies on the Barn -- "Mamma Mia" presented by the History Center of Olmsted County in conjunction with the Rochester Symphony Orchestra. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy a fun evening watching and singing along with "Mama Mia". The address of the History Center is 1195 West Circle Drive SW, Rochester, MN.

 Noon to 2:00 p.m.Joe Sinness Artist Talk and Reception at the Rochester Art Center.
FREE admission, open to the public. Join Minneapolis artist Joe Sinness as he discusses his work from the exhibition It's All Wrong, but it's All Right. Sinness presents a series of drawings and sculptures and describes his practice as informed by conflict present within contemporary gay life as well as an ever-changing understanding and experience of his own physical being. Light hors d'oeuvres will be provided, cash bar for bloody marys and mimosas by Sontes.
